How to Request Data Deletion

If you want data associated with this application deleted, contact us directly:

Please include the Meta account, Business Manager, Page, or ad account information needed to identify the data connected to the request.

What Happens When You Request Deletion

After receiving a deletion request, we will:

1. Identify data associated with the relevant Meta account, Business Manager, Page, or ad account within the App.
2. Delete stored local data, cached API responses, access tokens, logs, and analytics data that are no longer legally or operationally required.
3. Revoke or disconnect access tokens where applicable.
4. Confirm deletion by email within 30 days of receiving the request.

Automatic Data Handling

• Access tokens are revoked or removed when the App is disconnected.
• No unnecessary personal data is retained after the App is disconnected from a Meta account.
• Cached operational data is periodically removed when no longer needed.
